Rob Cioffi, Chief Executive Officer

Rob Cioffi is an owner and the Chief Executive Officer of ForeFront Supply Chain Solutions, one of North America’s leading specialty supply chain solution firms. Intrigued by corporate strategy, Rob began his career in metal distribution focusing on global expansion and vertical integration. After completing his MBA, Rob spent ten years in strategy consulting helping clients unlock value in their organizations by implementing scalable processes that leverage top-level talent and systems.

In 2023, Rob and his partners established FPC Holdings LLC, d.b.a. ForeFront Supply Chain Solutions, and acquired the assets of Food Packaging Consultants. Food Packaging Consultants was established over 20 years ago, with customer and vendor relationships dating back closer to 30 years. The company has built an exceptional reputation for quality and customer service that Rob and team are excited to build on.

Rob is passionate about spending time with his wife and two young sons as well as supporting local nonprofit organizations that focus on education. His hobbies include coaching his sons, golf, skiing, and music.

Rob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and BS from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Melanie Helfrich, Director of Business Development

Melanie Helfrich is a dynamic and results-oriented professional based in Oak Brook, IL, near Chicago. With a passion for sales and business growth, Melanie currently holds the position of Director of Sales at ForeFront Supply Chain Solutions.

Melanie excels at developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in her role. She thrives on helping companies expand their horizons and achieve their growth objectives. Melanie’s dedication to fostering a successful team of sales executives is evident in her leadership style and commitment to coaching and mentoring.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Melanie enjoys a well-rounded life. She is an avid reader and a sports enthusiast, and a connoisseur of new foods and restaurants. Her love for travel allows her to explore diverse cultures and cuisines.

Crystal Skipworth, Marketing

Crystal Skipworth is an enthusiastic marketing professional based in Chicagoland. After graduating and serving a year with AmeriCorps supporting growth efforts at BBBS of Central IL, she spent seven years growing her skills in sales and marketing events. She joined ForeFront in 2019 to support the business development team and she currently manages marketing, events, and corporate communications.

Crystal has a BA in Theatre and Communication from Millikin University. She is passionate about personal development and has completed hundreds of hours of training and coaching others in communication and leadership.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys performing in theatre productions, trying new foods, lifting weights, and spending time with her husband.

Roy McAfee, Midwest Region Sales

Roy McAfee is a Sales Representative at ForeFront Supply Chain Solutions a leading distributor of packaging in North America. After graduating from University, Roy began his career with a small packaging firm in Chicago. Starting as an Account Manager Roy spent the next seven years advancing to Business Development specializing in advanced packaging technology in Europe and throughout the Americas.

Roy then went on to form his own company in 2014 where he focused on selling materials to manufacturers, mostly within the doors and windows industry. In 2017 Roy came to ForeFront as a Sales Representative and has been in Business Development since. Roy has a BS in Finance and International Business from Northern AZ University.

Roy enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife. Together they are avid about sports fans attending games all over the world. Roy also likes to play hockey, golf, and go fishing.

Erin Boucher, Inventory Quality Control

Erin Klink is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in Inventory Quality Control. With an impressive nine-year tenure at ForeFront Packaging, Erin has consistently demonstrated her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to the organization. Throughout her time at FPC, Erin has primarily served as the company’s Inventory Systems Architect. Her role involves designing and implementing highly efficient methods to track inventory usage, and she has a remarkable ability to make these systems as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional. Erin’s attention to detail is unparalleled, ensuring that every inventory control aspect is meticulously managed.

Outside of her professional life, Erin finds immense joy in spending time with her husband and newborn daughter. She is an active volunteer with Adopt-a-Bull, where she fosters rescue dogs, offering them a loving and caring environment until they find their forever homes.

Rick Tkaczyk, Midwest Region Sales

Rick joined ForeFront in 2021. With 30 years as an effective sales leader, Rick combines energy, business acumen, and leadership skills to develop and drive winning strategies. I possess the experience of aligning a company’s value proposition to the market needs, effective account management, utilizing analytics, product launches, and coaching sales teams to win consistently. Determining root cause of ineffective performance and combining measurable sales strategies with the execution of fundamental processes has led to differentiation in the marketplace, enhanced customer advocacy, and annual profitable sales growth.

Rick holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. He is a board member at the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago. He enjoys exercise and spending time with family.

Aleyna Findlay, Financial & Systems Operations

Aleyna Findlay is a Financial Operations and Systems Manager passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation in financial operations. She joined ForeFront in 2020, bringing nine years of experience in accounting. With a strong background in financial management, a natural knack for leadership, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, Aleyna is actively working towards her Salesforce Admin certification to enhance her skills further and bring more value to the organizations she serves.

Aleyna enjoys co-chairing the Party Planning Committee and assists in coordinating company events. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new languages and spending time with her three pets.

Michele Wollaston, Southeast Region Sales

Michele Wollaston, based in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, is a seasoned business development professional with a diverse background and a remarkable track record in packaging sales. Michele’s career trajectory is a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to excel in diverse industries. Before her foray into the packaging sales arena, Michele served as the Director of Sales at the prestigious Buckhead Life Restaurant Group in Atlanta. Her role demanded an acute understanding of the culinary world and exceptional sales and customer relationship skills. Driven by her ambition and entrepreneurial flair, Michele founded her own catering company, “Have a Seat,” which she successfully managed for eight years. During this time, she honed her leadership abilities, financial acumen, and creative vision, transforming her business into a thriving venture known for its culinary excellence and impeccable service. With her background in sales and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences, she easily transitioned into a business development role in the packaging industry. Michele’s unique blend of expertise, passion, and dedication set her apart as a formidable force in the field. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Georgia State University.

Over the years, Michele has consistently demonstrated her ability to maximize opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Her innate talent for understanding each customer’s unique needs and providing tailored solutions has driven her success. Outside of her thriving career, she enjoys spending quality time with friends, immersing herself in travel adventures, and cherishing the companionship of her two beloved dogs. Her love for exploration and new experiences fuels her zest for life.
